Emerald Coast Protective Services, Inc. was founded in 1997, by Rolan Peak, who has been working in the legal field for over 30 years as a police officer, private investigator, and civil process server. All servers undergo annual continual education; and are either court certified or sheriff appointed. We serve all forms of judicial civil process and have developed a specialty in the foreclosure field.
